Joy Pavel Alam
Volunteer mentor with Cox's Bazar Association
- 🇧🇩 Cox's Bazar, Chattogram, Bangladesh
- Cox's Bazar Association
- Since 1996
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,170 people through Cox's Bazar Association.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
