Helping people break into engineering
- 🇧🇷 Campinas, São Paulo, Brazil
- Brookfield Community Trust
- Since 2015
- Portuguese
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 410 people through Brookfield Community Trust.
I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
