Joseph Njoroge Urassa
Choir director and singer
- 🇺🇬 Kampala, Central Region, Uganda
- Sunrise Quartet
- 1981 to 2016
- English, Swahili, Spanish
I've played jazz from 1981 to 2016, mostly in pubs, churches, weddings and anywhere else that would have me. These days I also teach.
I teach about 17 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I walk the dog by the river.
More about Joseph
I wrote my first song when I was 19. It was terrible and I still love it.
