For nine years I ran the swimming program at Guadalajara Boxing Gym in Guadalajara. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

What gifts mean to José: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
