Helping people break into teaching
- 🇪🇸 Madrid, Madrid, Spain
- Madrid Youth Network
- 2008 to 2022
- Spanish
For 14 years I've mentored people in teaching and leadership. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once.
More about José
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
