Jorge E. Tapia
Volunteer mentor with Barcelona Community Trust
- 🇪🇸 Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain
- Barcelona Community Trust
- Since 2002
- Spanish, French
For 24 years I've mentored people in leadership and trades. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once.
More about Jorge
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
