Jorge André Teixeira

Feeding Vitória da Conquista for 41 years

  • 🇧🇷 Vitória da Conquista, Bahia, Brazil
  • Since 1985
  • Portuguese, Spanish
I run Maple Ridge Canteen in Vitória da Conquista. We started in 1985 with four tables and one very patient dishwasher. My recipes mostly come from my mother. I run most mornings. I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
