John Odhiambo Wekesa
Choir director and singer
- 🇺🇬 Entebbe, Central Region, Uganda
- Entebbe Trinity Orchestra
- 2001 to 2024
- English, Swahili
I've played oud from 2001 to 2024, mostly in pubs, churches, weddings and anywhere else that would have me. These days I also teach.
I teach about 15 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I watch every football match going.
More about John
If you ever danced at one of my shows, I hope it was a good night.
What gifts mean to John: A gift would go toward new strings, repairs and music for my students.
