I've coached volleyball at Yokohama Acacia Sports Club since 2004. Most of my players were between 8 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I garden badly but happily.
More about Jiro
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
