Jerome D. Dizon
Mentor in careers and trades
- 🇵🇭 Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines
- Makati Community Trust
- Since 2002
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 550 people through Makati Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Jerome
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
