I've coached rugby at Santa Rosa Lincoln Football Club since 1978. Most of my players were between 12 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
