For 27 years I've run the cross country program at Mombasa Silverlake Swimming Club in Mombasa. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
