Standing with Avery: prostate cancer treatment costs
Supporting Avery through prostate cancer: medication, transport to Hialeah Cancer Centre, and living costs while She can't work.

Avery was diagnosed with prostate cancer in April. The oncology team at Hialeah Cancer Centre has planned 4 rounds of treatment, starting in July. She will be away from work for about 5 weeks.
Avery is 28, worked as a bus conductor until April, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Hialeah Cancer Centre 5 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders.
I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.

• Household costs while unable to work: $2,050
• Transport to Hialeah Cancer Centre: $850
• Scans and lab work: $850
