Jayanthi Lakshmi Fernando
Mentor in entrepreneurship and first-generation students
- 🇱🇰 Kandy, Central, Sri Lanka
- Kandy Foundation
- 1995 to 2016
- English
For 21 years I've mentored people in entrepreneurship and first-generation students. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I fix old bicycles.
