Baking for 38 years in Oaxaca de Juárez
- 🇲🇽 Oaxaca de Juárez, Oaxaca, Mexico
- Old Highland Shop
- Since 1988
- Spanish, English
I've worked in baking since 1988. I learned from my father and passed what I could on to 680 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 23 years later for another job.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
