I've coached cycling at Montego Bay Community Club since 1978. Most of my players were between 8 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
