Januka Sushila Sherpa
Mentor in software and design
- 🇳🇵 Kathmandu, Bagmati, Nepal
- Kathmandu Learning Hub
- 1979 to 1994
- English, Nepali
I'm a mentor in software. I spent my career as a mechanic and now give some of that back.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Januka
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Januka: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
