Janet Carlson
Helping people break into trades
- 🇦🇺 Adelaide, South Australia, Australia
- Adelaide Association
- 1983 to 2006
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,270 people through Adelaide Association.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I fix old bicycles.
More about Janet
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
