Helping people break into finance
- 🇱🇰 Negombo, Western, Sri Lanka
- Negombo Foundation
- 1978 to 1987
- English, Sinhala
For nine years I've mentored people in finance and leadership. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I walk the dog by the river.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Janaka
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
