James Rashidi Wafula
Choir director and singer
- 🇰🇪 Machakos, Machakos, Kenya
- Machakos Quartet
- 1979 to 1995
- English, Swahili
I've played accordion from 1979 to 1995, mostly in pubs, churches, weddings and anywhere else that would have me. These days I also teach.
I teach about 14 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I fix old bicycles.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
What gifts mean to James: I'd put a gift toward recording a small album.
