James B. Kirby
Youth boxing coach and mentor
- 🇺🇸 Dallas, Texas, United States
- Dallas Community Club
- Since 1979
- English
For 47 years I've run the boxing program at Dallas Community Club in Dallas. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I learn every name in the first week.
What gifts mean to James: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.

I still think about the snow day nobody expected. Best summer of my life. Greetings from Jabalpur.
