Jagath Dinesh Mendis
Farming mentor, Colombo
- 🇱🇰 Colombo, Western, Sri Lanka
- Colombo Learning Hub
- Since 2012
- English, Sinhala
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 530 people through Colombo Learning Hub.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Jagath
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
