Baking for 29 years in San Diego
- 🇺🇸 San Diego, California, United States
- The Central Repairs
- 1978 to 2007
- English
I've worked in baking from 1978 to 2007. I learned from my older brother and passed what I could on to 1,510 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
More about Jacob
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Jacob: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
