Jackson P. Newman
Master of upholstery, now teaching apprentices
- 🇺🇸 Tampa, Florida, United States
- The Tampa Workshop
- 2007 to 2023
- English
I've worked in upholstery from 2007 to 2023. I learned from my mother and passed what I could on to 670 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I never rush a conversation.
More about Jackson
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
