Iván M. Vargas

Self-taught mural painting artist

  • 🇨🇴 Bogotá, Bogotá D.C., Colombia
  • Old Highland Gallery
  • 1986 to 2005
  • Spanish
I work mostly in mural painting, sometimes watercolor. My first show was in 1986 at Old Highland Gallery, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog. Most of my work is inspired by my grandmother's kitchen. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
