Upholstery for 16 years in Fayetteville
- 🇺🇸 Fayetteville, North Carolina, United States

- 1996 to 2012
- English, Spanish
I've worked in upholstery from 1996 to 2012. I learned from my aunt and passed what I could on to 400 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I never rush a conversation.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Iván: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
