Iulian Octavian Constantin
Mentor in nursing and leadership
- 🇷🇴 București, București, Romania
- București Youth Network
- Since 2003
- English, Romanian
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 780 people through București Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Iulian
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
