Itzel H. Urbina

Youth wrestling coach and mentor

🇺🇸 Los Angeles, California, United States
Los Angeles Swimming Club
Since 2000
English, Spanish

For 26 years I've run the wrestling program at Los Angeles Swimming Club in Los Angeles. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather. Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I watch every football match going. I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

Sports or skills coached

Wrestling Badminton

What gifts mean to Itzel: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
