Isuru Gihan Weerasinghe
Software mentor, Negombo
- 🇱🇰 Negombo, Western, Sri Lanka
- Lincoln Foundation
- 1995 to 2016
- English, Sinhala, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 500 people through Lincoln Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Isuru
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
