I'm a softball coach. I never went pro, but I got to see 510 kids fall in love with the game.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. My door was open at lunch.
More about Isla
If you played for me, you probably remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on.
What gifts mean to Isla: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.

I still think about the day the fire alarm went off during the exam. Best summer of my life. Greetings from San Jose.
