Isaiah A. Moore

Master of weaving, now teaching apprentices

  • 🇺🇸 Akron, Ohio, United States
  • Akron Shop
  • 1978 to 2000
  • English, French
I've worked in weaving from 1978 to 2000. I learned from my grandfather and passed what I could on to 590 apprentices. I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I'm always reading two books at once.

More about Isaiah

Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
