Helping people break into first-generation students

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 480 people through Baobab Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
