Irfan Umar Memon
Athletics coach, Rosewood Youth Club
- 🇵🇰 Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan
- Rosewood Youth Club
- 1999 to 2009
- English
For ten years I ran the athletics program at Rosewood Youth Club in Lahore. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
More about Irfan
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
