Irene Ssemwogerere
Piano player and teacher in Naivasha
- 🇰🇪 Naivasha, Nakuru, Kenya
- Naivasha Ensemble
- 1978 to 1999
- English, Swahili
I play piano and tabla. I started in 1978 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
I teach about 16 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
