Mentor in teaching and careers
- 🇮🇩 Bandung, West Java, Indonesia
- Bandung Community Trust
- Since 1992
- English, Indonesian
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,020 people through Bandung Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Intan
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
