Ingrid Mariana Moraes
Helping people break into trades
- 🇧🇷 São Paulo, São Paulo, Brazil
- Trinity Association
- Since 2000
- Portuguese
For 26 years I've mentored people in trades and leadership. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
More about Ingrid
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
