Ika Ratna Wibowo

Youth chess coach and mentor

  • 🇮🇩 Jakarta Barat, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia
  • Jakarta Barat Maple Ridge Youth Club
  • Since 2014
  • English
For twelve years I've run the chess program at Jakarta Barat Maple Ridge Youth Club in Jakarta Barat. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather. Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I learn every name in the first week.
