For 15 years I've run the athletics program at Mount Pleasant Swimming Club in Depok. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I sing in a choir.
More about Ika
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Ika: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
