Ignacio N. Chávez

Mentor in design and leadership

  • 🇪🇸 Bilbao, Basque Country, Spain
  • Bilbao Association
  • Since 2001
  • Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,100 people through Bilbao Association. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.

More about Ignacio

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
