Ignacio F. Medina

Helping people break into software

  • 🇪🇸 Seville, Andalusia, Spain
  • Lakeview Foundation
  • Since 1988
  • Spanish
For 38 years I've mentored people in software and first-generation students. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.

What gifts mean to Ignacio: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
