I've coached wrestling at Iztapalapa Community Club since 1983. Most of my players were between 10 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Ignacio
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
