Ife Kemi Uba
Master of shoemaking, now teaching apprentices
- 🇳🇬 Epe, Lagos, Nigeria
- 2003 to 2023
- English, Hausa
I'm a shoemaking specialist. If you live around Epe, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I never rush a conversation.
More about Ife
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
