I coached rowing at Madrid Sports Club from 1982 to 1991. Most of my players were between 11 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
More about Hugo
If you played for me, you probably remember the rainy sports day.
What gifts mean to Hugo: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
