Hlengiwe G. Naicker
Master of shoemaking, now teaching apprentices
- 🇿🇦 Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa
- Pretoria Works
- Since 1998
- English
My trade is shoemaking. I opened my own shop in 1998 in Pretoria and I'm still there most mornings.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I never rush a conversation.
