Olivia Petersen
Master of baking, now teaching apprentices
- 🇿🇦 Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa
- The Highland Repairs
- Since 2006
- English, Afrikaans
I've worked in baking since 2006. I learned from my aunt and passed what I could on to 900 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I always make time for a proper cup of tea.
More about Olivia
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
