Hina Ando
Helping people break into trades
- 🇯🇵 Tokyo, Tokyo, Japan
- Ashford Community Trust
- 2016 to 2025
- Japanese
For nine years I've mentored people in trades and design. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.

What gifts mean to Hina: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
