Hiền Ngân Dao
Entrepreneurship mentor, Hanoi
- 🇻🇳 Hanoi, Hanoi, Vietnam

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 830 people through Unity Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Hiền
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
