Hesti Rahayu Effendi
Mentor in trades and first-generation students
- 🇮🇩 Jakarta, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia
- 2014 to 2022
- English
For eight years I've mentored people in trades and first-generation students. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I walk the dog by the river.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Hesti: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
