Heru Hutapea
Mentor in software and first-generation students
- 🇮🇩 Jakarta, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia

- English, Indonesian
For 28 years I've mentored people in software and first-generation students. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once.

If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.

What gifts mean to Heru: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
