Henryk Sebastian Kołodziej

Martial arts and fitness coach, Kraków

  • 🇵🇱 Kraków, Lesser Poland, Poland
  • 2001 to 2023
  • English
For 22 years I ran the martial arts program at Heritage Sports Club in Kraków. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather. My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.

More about Henryk

Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
